Meet Our Directors
MIKE REEVES
Experienced supervisor in Civil Construction, Mike boasts an impressive 18 year track record working as a supervisor/foreman on major Construction projects within New Zealand.
From the North to South island, he’s lent his skills to various Energy, 3Waters, civil structures, and roading projects. Mikes expertise comes from working on complex and intricate projects such as, Hunua4 Watermain in Auckland, Demolition and Construction of the Newmarket Viaduct, Construction of the cablestay bridge in FlatBush, Shotover Country Bore Water supply and Bridge Crossing, and the Historical Clyde street upgrades.
Mike is a natural leader with excellent communication skills. His hands on approach and attention to detail ensures that all work sites are tidy and meet quality, safety and environmental requirements.
DAVE BARNES
Level 6 Diploma in Engineering (Civil)
Dave has over 12 years of experience leading civil construction and utilities teams to achieve successful outcomes for clients. He has a strong customer focus and will utilise his extensive skills in project management, financial management, and safety management to ensure that the contract works are executed efficiently. Dave will work to ensure the project is completed within the budget, on time and with minimal disruption.
Dave is an approachable, easy going people's person who prioritises building strong relationships with our clients, contractors and community.
